This page has been implemented to list items that Plantation Landings Residents (ONLY) have for sale. Some residents are not able to get to the clubhouse to post a notice on the bulletin board so we thought this might help with exposure to those items.

Guidelines for submitting and using this page:

(1) Entry must be emailed to Dianne Murphy at mmurphy131@tampabay.rr.com (she will cut/paste your ad so please check spelling and word it exactly how you want it to read)

(2) Item must be listed with your brief description, price and contact information (Name/Phone#)

(3) Once your item sells...please contact Dianne to remove your ad

This page is for personal items for sale...not for selling your home. You may also post something here if you are looking for a particular item.

PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE AND LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU SELL YOUR ITEM SO I MAY REMOVE IT FROM THIS LIST. AFTER 6 MONTHS, ITEMS WILL AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED. YOU MUST THEN REPLACE YOUR AD BY CALLING OR EMAILING ME.
